All 6 members of the group have been casted to play the leading role in the Japan movie, "GOGO Ikemen5."

This movie was originally a very popular novel in Japan and is a romantic comedy.

This story is about 5 of the most popular guys at school falling for the same girl.

Boyfriend debuted last year in August and ranked number 1 on the Oricon single chart with their first single. 

They will be releasing their 3rd single this March. They were also the first foreign artist to sing the main ending theme song for the animation, "Conan" and they also won the 'Best 3 New Artist' award at the '27th Japan Golden Disk Awards'.
