Kate Middleton Post-Baby Body: How Prince William’s Wife Stays Fit After Having Two Heirs To The Throne

Hours after she gave birth to Princess Charlotte, many were left in awe when the Duchess of Cambridge stepped out looking radiant. While some resorted to conspiracy theories that Prince William's wife hired a surrogate and did not really give birth, the secret to Kate Middleton's post-baby body has been revealed.

Celebrity Health Fitness reported that the mother-of-two is a fan of juicing which she pairs with low-carb diet. The Duchess of Cambridge has been tagged the "Smoothie Queen" because of her penchant for home-made nutritious drinks.

Kate Middleton's post-baby body is reportedly a result of fresh juices concocted through the NutriBullet mixer. A US magazine source revealed that Pippa Middleton introduced the healthy regimen to her sister.

"Pippa arranged to have fresh juices delivered to Kate every three days. It was a surprise treat. Kate used to blend her own juices and this is much easier," said the insider.

Apart from the brunette beauty, even Prince William reportedly enjoys juicing. Reportedly, a positive side of the couple's Anmer Hall residence is its proximity to the Garden farm which Kate Middleton always visits.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte's mother reportedly loves shopping for local produce in the said farm because people give her space.

Examiner also reported that Prince William's other half has a fascination for exercising. To maintain her svelte post-baby body, Kate Middlelton practices running, circuit-training, swimming, and yoga. The Duchess of Cambridge is also reportedly conscious of what she eats because apart from the need to stay healthy, she allegedly knows that the "camera adds a good 10 pounds."

Staying healthy is a high priority of Kate Middleton especially now that she is set to resume to her royal duties. Her maternity leave this time is shorter than the previous 39-day leave she took when she gave birth to Prince George.

As per Ok! magazine, Queen Elizabeth II wants her granddaughter-in-law to be present for her birthday parade this coming June 13. The magazine's source said that the queen "thinks a month is more than enough time for Kate to take off before she should return to performing her royal duties."
