BLANC & ECLARE designer and former Girls' Generation member Jessica Jung has flown to the United States to visit San Francisco, her hometown stateside.

On June 1, Jessica uploaded a snapshot of the city and wrote: "Lovely to be back.#ileftmyheartinsanfrancisco #hometown".

As longtime fans would know, Jessica was born and raised in San Francisco, a city in the state of California. She and her sister, f(x) singer Krystal, moved to South Korea when she was 11 years old to begin training as idols under SM Entertainment after being scouted by agents during the girls' vacation trip.

Fans wished Jessica to have fun in San Francisco, and also complimented the beauty of their favorite idol's hometown.

"Have a great day unnie," "Have fun Jessica," "Amazing place! I love your hometown baby!" commented fans in the Instagram photo upload.

It is not clear whether Jessica traveled to San Franciso for a vacation or for work. She has been busy in the past few months modeling BLANC & ECLARE accessories in magazines. In early May, she graced the cover of Chinese magazine Eyemag wearing sunglasses from the BLANC & ECLARE 2015 Spring/Summer collection, a fashion brand that has seen fast growth and popularity in Asia. This led tvN to name Jessica as one of the most successful celebrity entrepreneurs in South Korea.
