'Expendables 4' Cast Update: Manny Pacquiao Officially Out Of The Conversation; Hulk Hogan And Salman Khan In?

It's official, Manny Pacquiao will not be part of the "Expendables 4" cast as per Sylvester Stallone, ending countless rumors and speculations. On the bright side, WWE Legend Hulk Hogan and Indian actor Salman Khan might make their debut in the film franchise.

Also, Stallone debunked the allegations that he and Arnold Schwarzenegger tried to recruit Manny Pacquiao to the "Expendables 4" cast before his fight with Chris Algieri. However, he said that Pacquiao would have still participated off-screen as a trainer via TMZ Sports

"Yeah, he was going to teach us all how to box," Sly admitted. "No, Pacquiao was never going to be in it," Stallone said of Pacquiao. "He's a great fighter."

"You got to stick to us broken down actors," he remarked.

While that might be a downer for fans expecting to see Manny Pacquiao in "The Expendables 4" cast, WWE fans might be delighted as Hulk Hogan is being lured to joining the group. (Via Slash Film)

"We're trying to figure out a way to maybe turn me into the most evil man in the world," Hogan revealed. "Y'know, Stallone gave me my first break, and he's been a great friend. We had a great conversation, talking about the possibilities. Can I still run, can I still jump? Well, not as fast or not as high, but I think Hollywood could find a good stunt man to help me out."

To further bolster the film's star power and fan base, Stallone is keeping in touch with Indian superstar Salman Khan. (Via Franchise Herald)

"Would like to thank the super talented Indian superstar Salman Khan for the compliment," he tweeted. "We should do an ACTION FILM together! Salman Khan Thanks my friend! You have BIG heart! Big talent! Big future! KEEP PUNCHING , SALMAN! Your friend Sly Stallone"
