Although the likelihood of ever getting to date your favorite idol is low, it's still nice to hear about their preferences.

Especially if it means you can settle a fan argument by being your favorite idol's "ideal type."

SHINee is once again making promotional appearances since the release of their latest album, "Odd." Recently, group members Taemin and Onew were guests on the Korean TV show "Witch Hunt." The boys were discussing their ideal types, and to everyone's surprise, Taemin and Onew expressed completely opposite preferences in girls.

Taemin expressed that he did not like girls that flirt too much.

"I don't see any charm in girls who calculate their behaviors and actions beforehand. If it's not obvious it's okay, but it's mostly obvious," said Taemin.

Onew, on the other hand, liked the idea of a girl being more flirtatious with him, stating, "I actually like fox-like girls."

SHINee recently made a Korean comeback with their fourth studio album. The title track for the album entitled "View" has garnered over 6 million views on YouTube. Additionally, the group recently won this weekend's Music Bank against popular girl group Kara. The award makes SHINee's fifth first place trophy since the beginning of their comeback.
