EXO To Perform Live On 'Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook' For First Time Since Debut

EXO will perform several of their latest and most popular songs live.

SM Entertainment's boy band EXO will appear on KBS2's Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook. The weekly show is unique from other weekly music shows, because it mixes the elements of a talk show and a music show, showcasing Korean singer's talents with a live band.

This is the first time that EXO will appear on Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook since the group's debut in 2012 with the song "MAMA."

EXO made their return to the K-pop scene (comeback) on June 3, with the release of their album "Love Me Right." "Love Me Right" is the extended repackage of the group's May album, "EXODUS."

The group will film the segment with Yoo Hee Yeol on June 9.

"EXO is appearing on Sketchbook," a broadcast representative told Newsen. "The recording will take place tomorrow [June 9]."

The nine promoting members of EXO are expected to perform several songs from the repackage, as well as older songs by the group. SM Entertainment announced that member Tao will not appear in "Love Me Right" promotions.

The release of "Love Me Right" helped EXO sell over one million physical albums in under two months, when the repackage was included with the original album sales of "EXODUS."

Yoo Hee Yeol's sketchbook is a popular show that began airing in 2009, and is hosted by Yoo Hee Yeol, a musician and the CEO of Antenna Entertainment. Each week showcases different musical artists, including K-pop idols.

YG Entertainment's Big Bang appeared on the previous episode of the show. The two idol groups released music within days of each other.
