Carrie Fisher Allegedly 'Trashed And Incoherent' On Caribbean Cruise: Can She Pull Off A Princess Leia 'Star Wars' Comeback In This Condition?

Carrie Fisher was enjoying herself a little too much on a recent Caribbean cruise, getting "trashed and incoherent," a source from the cruise told the website Queerty.com.

The only problem was, Fisher, who claims to be sober after a 20-year battle with drugs and alcohol, was supposed to headline the RSVP Cruise of the Caribbean.

According to the source, the first sign Fisher might be trashed, was when the Star Wars star jumped in the water at Half Moon Bay a coastal city in San Mateo County, California where the cruise ship was docked with all of her clothes on.

It only went downhill from there.

"Carrie showed up to her 8:30pm show trashed and incoherent," wrote the source. "Her dog joins her on the stage-only to take two shits. As audience members began to leave, she started chasing them out of the auditorium."

According to the source, Fisher's performance was over before it started.

"They shut down the remainder of the show and cancelled her 10:30pm show," said the peeved cruise goer. "Obviously the gays love the drama-it was the only time you saw anyone spend the $16-per-minute on Internet service to tell their friends back home."

Lately there has been intense speculation about whether Carrie Fisher would join Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker), Harrison Ford (Han Solo), Billy Dee Williams (Lando Calrissian) and Anthony Daniels (C-3PO) in reprising their roles in a new "Star Wars" film being directed by J.J. Abrahams.

This week, Hamill told ET Online website, that "Star Wars" creator George Lucas was reaching out to Fisher and his other co-stars from the sci-fi fantasy blockbuster.

"They're talking to us," Hamil said. "George [Lucas] wanted to know whether we'd be interested. He did say that if we didn't want to do it, they wouldn't cast another actor in our parts - they would write us out."

But if Carrie Fisher is off the wagon, will they still ask her to reprise Princess Leia back for the Star Wars reunion?

A trashed Princess Leia is an interesting prospect though.

One CruiseCritic.com commenter, thinks the world should give Carrie Fisher a break.

"Please be understanding with Carrie. She was not under any influence," the vacationer who allegedly witnessed Fisher's trashed episode wrote. "Those of us who know people with the same situation knew right away what was happening. She was in one of those highs and it can appear to be other causes."

The Walt Disney Company is reviving the "Star Wars" franchise after purchasing Lucasfilm for $4.05 billion in the fall.

Lucas told the Telegraph that he felt the time was right to sell his blockbuster film franchise.

"I realized at some point I needed to retire," Lucas said.  "And I wanted to go on and do other things - things in philanthropy and doing more experimental kind of films. But I couldn't really drag my company into that."
