In the midst of comeback preparations for Starship Entertainment's girl group, SISTAR, lead vocalist Soyou still finds the time to release a new fitness video.

The informational video entitled "Soyou's Hot Body" is collaboration between the idol star and e-commerce site, 11st. Divided into three parts, each segment consists of a unique routine designed specifically for "in the office," "at home" and "after eating."

According to Nate News, Starship Entertainment is toting this video as "a very informational but fun video that will break the boundaries between everyday routine and exercising." The company further added, "The video will also be very complementary to Sistar's upcoming comeback single, 'Shake It,' adding onto the fun."

"Soyou's Hot Body" will be available on 11st's special women's page, "Ladies Lounge" on June 22.

If that date sounds at all familiar it's probably because that's the date SISTAR is scheduled to make their comeback with their new single, "Shake It," Produced by Duble Sidekick, the very same producer behind Sistar's "Loving U," "Give it to Me" and "I Swear," "Shake It" is sure to please. As the date of their comeback draws closer, Sistar continues to entice fans with an exercise themed teaser video that fits very well with Soyou's fitness collaboration.
