2NE1's Dara and WINNER's Kang Seungyoon are ramping up excitement for their upcoming web drama We Broke Up with the release of a new teaser photo which showed the couple sharing an intimate moment.

Dara uploaded squeal-worthy teaser photo on her Instagram account (@daraxxi) which showed the 2NE1 singer leaning in to almost kiss Kang Seungyoon, who appeared sleeping on Dara's lap.

The teaser photo seems to have been taken from the recorded scenes for the soon-to-release web drama which airs starting on June 29, 7PM KST.

We also see the leading couple sitting on the porch of an apartment, likely their shared apartment that figures prominently in the web drama's storyline.

In We Broke Up, Dara and Kang Seungyoon star as ex-lovers who dated as students but continued to live together after their break-up. Dara plays the strong-willed and determined Noh Woori who is trying to find a job while Kang Seungyoon plays the struggling indie band singer Ji Wonyoung.

We Broke Up is based on the same-named popular Naver webtoon.

Fans expressed their excited anticipation on watching sparks fly between the two YG Entertainment idols.

"Omg Kang Seungyoon is such a lucky boy! By the way you look good together," "You look so cute. I'm gonna ship both of you on screen," and "Perfect combination" said fans upon seeing the teaser photo.
