"It hurts," posted Lee on his Instagram on Monday along with the short video.

However, fans needn't worry - the star then revealed the damage was nothing more than an impressive makeup job and he was merely pretending to be in pain.

"You scared me," said one user on Instagram while another asked, "Filming for drama?"
