But the unexplained injury was not the only one K-Stewart got hit with. She and her Twilight co-stars were ripped pretty hard at the 33 annual Razzie Awards.
The Razzies are a spoof on the Oscars. They honor what they deem to be the worst of the worst in Hollywood.
The Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn Part 2 and its leading lady earned a total of 7 Razzies. The "awards" included worst actress for Kristen Stewart, worst supporting actor for Taylor Lautner and worst director for Bill Condon, just to name a few.
Stewart isn't a stranger to bad press, she was slammed in the tabloids and the hearts of tween girls for cheating on her Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson with Snow White director Rupert Sanders.
The affair has hand many a nine-year-old girl wondering if the couple is still together. Conflicting reports from the media have the pair breaking up and getting back together more times than you can count.
Stewart was recently spotted out and about with Rob Pattinson's best friend singer Marcus Foster.
So will an injured foot and an injured ego keep K-Stewart from the Oscars tonight? Unlikely, this Hollywood starlet isn't one to shy away from the camera.
