Charlize Theron Amazing in White Dior Dress on Red Carpet

Beautiful actress Charlize Theron has reportedly come to the aid of a security guard who suffered a seizure at last night's 2013 Oscars.

Before the show began the actress while walking down the red carpet in a lovely white Christian Dior Haute Couture dress rushed to the guard as he fell to the ground outside Hollywood's Dolby Theater. She helped the man before paramedics treated him. The incident reportedly happened before the live telecast kicked off.

Theron was one of the few people that were around the man and attempted to help him up, while someone called a doctor for help. She did have enough time to make her way to the stage to take part in the opening skit, for a dance with Channing Tatum.
