Wonder Girls To Make Comeback With Song Penned By JYP

After a three-year hiatus, JYP Entertainment's beloved girl group, Wonder Girls, are set to make a comeback with a new song, a new look, and a new lineup.

Working closely with JYP Entertainment's head sources say the group will make their comeback with a track written by Park Jin Young himself, though what that track will be, has yet to be revealed.

Debuting in 2007 with "Irony," the Wonder Girls have seen their fair share of success. The release of their first album, The Wonder Years, not only landed them at number one on various television and online charts with their lead track, "Tell Me," but also started an international dance craze. In 2008, the group released "So Hot" and "Nobody," both of which topped the charts soon after their release, including a coveted spot on Billboard's Top 100; a feat yet to be duplicated by any other K-Pop idol group.

After losing various members and adding others, the Wonder Girls are set to return as a four-member band, rather than a five-member dance group. For their return Yubin will appear on drums, Yeeun on keyboard, Hyerim on guitar and former member Sunmi will return on bass.

It's been reported that the quartet have recently wrapped up a music video shoot and the group is expected to make their official return this August.
