Fans of Big Bang prove they have very sharp memories!

On July 1 KST Big Bang released their MV for "Sober," another track from their MADE Series. However, despite being just released fans quickly realized that "Sober" was not entirely new. In fact, G-Dragon sang part of the song back in 2013 during his performance at the Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA).

Additionally, fans were quick to point out that G-Dragon also sampled the song during his 2013 SBS Gayo Daejun performance. The small section of "Sober" served as the prelude to his then solo comeback track "Crooked" for both performances.

Insight expressed this as part of a trend where singers publish songs started years ago. This reveal definitely demonstrates how much time Big Bang has put into their new releases and how dedicated G-Dragon is to his work.

G-Dragon previewed the bridge of "Sober," starting with the words "Without you." Fans are enjoying the difference between G-Dragon's rough live performance and the polished sound of the recent release.
