The former Miss Teen Delaware Melissa Kind has resigned after a video of her appeared on a porn website.
The 18-year-old Ling is seen in the video sitting on a bed answering questions about sex, being single and beauty pageants.
"I thought it'd be fun and it sounded like, I needed the money," that was Miss Teen Delaware's response when the cameraman asked Melissa King what made her want to do the video.

Melissa King formally stepped down as Miss teen Delaware this morning. A representative for the beauty pageant released a statement saying, "I would like to confirm the Miss Delaware Teen USA pageant has received a resignation letter from Miss King's attorney."
At first King denied that the girl in the video was her, saying it was a case of "mistaken identity." However the girl in the video says she turned 18 in March (King's birthday) and the cameraman says to King:
"You're actually a Miss Teen? Don't worry I wont say the state, but you've done beauty pageants?" The girl replies, "I've done them, yes."
King was crowned Miss Teen Delaware in November, three months after she shot the video. TMZ reports that the second runner up Hailey Lawler will replace King as Miss Teen Delaware.
Melissa King's life has not always been filled with the glitz and glam of beauty pageants. The former Miss Delaware had a tough up bringing and lived in foster homes from the age of 12 to 18. In an interview she did following a pageant win King said she would spend some of her volunteer time working with children.
Followers on King's twitter have left well wishes for the former beauty queen; King herself has only posted one tweet saying, "God wouldn't give you something that you couldn't handle."
