VIXX To Perform Chinese Version Of 'Error' For The 1st Time At Guangzhou Showcase On July 18

On Tuesday, K-pop boy band VIXX’s Chinese version of their song “Error” was released through China’s QQ Music and Taiwan’s KKBOX music sites.

They will also be releasing the song in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia for a total of eight countries including China and Taiwan.

“Error” was first released last October as part of their second mini album title track. The song topped music charts and also won five times on music programs.

VIXX also topped Taiwan’s Five Music Korea-Japan Weekly chart right after the release of the album last year.

The group will be holding a showcase in Guangzhou on July 18 and perform the Chinese version of “Error” for the first time for their fans.

Fans were pleasantly surprised at their Chinese skills and left positive feedback for “Error.”

“I listened to the Chinese version and thought it was really good,” wrote baky**** in a comment posted Wednesday to the Korean news site Naver. “They don’t have any foreign members and its nice to see them working so hard in both Chinese and Japanese for their fans.”

Others hoped to be able to hear their Chinese skills soon.

“I want to see VIXX’s Chinese skills live someday,” wrote tony**** in a commented posted Wednesday as well.
