2NE1 leader CL had her wisdom teeth extracted, but the idol received strong support from fans and still looked fabulous in pictures.

On July 14, CL updated her Instagram with a message to fans, "Bye wisdom teeth," along with a photo which showed the idol looking puffy in the jaw area - a sign that her wisdom teeth or hindmost molars had indeed been pulled out.

Fans came rushing to wish CL a fast recovery, especially as prepares for her solo debut in the United States. Online commenters were also envious of how fabulous she looked in the Instagram photo despite undergoing the dental procedure.

"Take care! I hope it doesn't hurt much anymore. Love you!" "You're cute with your cheeks puffed. But it must have hurt a lot right? Get well soon my queen," commented CL's followers on Instagram.

It usually takes a couple of weeks for a person to recover fully from wisdom teeth removal, so CL fans will likely have to be contented with gorgeous selfies as the idol-rapper takes it slower than usual with her activities.

Most recently, CL had been working with various artists stateside on new music projects, including the recently released "Dr. Pepper" collaboration, a track so catchy that a McDonald's ad has been accused of copying it.
