SM Entertainment's CEO Lee Soo Man gave a congratulatory message at his alma mater Seoul University.

Producer Lee Soo Man attended the 2013 entrance ceremony of Seoul University held today and spoke of 'Pride, Challenge, Self-Responsibility, and the Societal Responsibility.'

Producer Lee said, "If you focus on something you're interested in, you develop a passion. That passion produces efforts, and creates a genius. A genius is not born as a genius, but developed as one gives endless efforts."

He continued, "To one who has passion, opportunities for success comes and the most successful and valuable life is when one does what he enjoys most."

He also said, "If I dream by myself, it just becomes a passing by dream, but if we all dream that dream, it becomes the start of a new future. If we dream of a greater future for our country, I believe that is what will lead our country to develop into something much bigger."

He ended by saying, "You will be our nation's future if as the future's leaders you develop dreams and with those dreams you put in efforts, interest, concentration, and passion as you fulfill all of your responsibilities both for yourself and for your society."
