The Taylor Kitsch and Rachel McAdams dating rumors have yet to fade. Neither of the two have confirmed the purported romance even when the actress was asked directly about it.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the Canadian actress seemed evasive about the rumors between her and Kitsch.

"I'm like, 'Who are these people?'" she said. "How did they confirm that? I find it really confusing, but yeah, it's an odd little thing."

McAdams even found it funny how rumors come up and circulate the Internet.

"It's funny the things the Internet likes to proclaim," the actress explained.  "[It's the] weird, weird, bizarre, surreal side of it but I guess you just have to laugh at it at a certain point."

While the score between the two Canadians remain unclear, fans went into frenzy when McAdams was seen with a different leading man at the 2015 ESPYs, according to Hollywood Life.

As mentioned in the report, netizens wondered if McAdams and fellow "Southpaw" star Jake Gyllenhaal were the latest item as they attended the awards night together. Hollywood Life though immediately clarified though that their appearance together was all for publicity.

"Southpaw" will hit theaters next Friday.

Rumors of the potential spark igniting between McAdams and Gyllenhaal have been sound since the height of shooting "Southpaw," according to People.

McAdams though has always been honest that she has previously formed romantic and platonic relationships on set.

"I usually take away one close relationship from every job, some romantic, some not," McAdams told In Style back in 2010.

Among she's dated on and off screen were Ryan Gosling whom she co-starred on "The Notebook," and Michael Sheen, who she worked with in "Midnight in Paris."

Taylor Kitsch and Rachel McAdams, meanwhile, can be seen together on screen on "True Detective" season 2 every Sunday on HBO.
