"Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" season 2 reportedly has a lot in store for its viewers next year.

Tituss Burgess said after his Emmy nod that he has no idea yet what's in store for his character on "Unbreakable kimmy Schmidt" but he teased he might not be singing in season 2.

"I have no idea," Burgess told E! Online. "It's better that I don't know what's coming so I can give an honest reaction."

"Even if there's no singing from Titus in season two, I still feel like we can make a compelling case for something that is funny," he added.

Show co-creater Robert Carlock though has told Entertainment Weekly back in April that Titus Andromedon's wife may make an appearance and bring along some things that the character has been running away from.

In a report on TV Line last week, Emmy nominee Jane Krakowski, meanwhile, hoped to have more screen time with Carol Kane, who portrayed Lilian.

"Oh, I was thrilled in the finale because I had never gotten to meet Carol Kane's character," she said. "When they told me we were going to take a road trip together, I was so excited. I loved that they got to meet, and I do believe we'll have more stuff together in Season 2; I think they're writing a fun storyline for us, which I cannot wait for."

Last June, Ellie Kemper, who plays Kimmy in the TV series, shared that her TV mom will be introduced in the upcoming season.

"What I know about her is that she wore short skirts and maybe wasn't the most attentive mother, so it might be a sad revelation who the mother was," Kemper told The Hollywood Reporter in June.

"[Kimmy] didn't really have a family to go back to, so I'm interested to know who that mom will be," she added.

"I have a feeling whatever sadness is there will be dealt with a humorous way," she also said.

Executive producer Jack Burditt told THR too that there will be less backstories for Kimmy but the mole women will still play a big part on her story.

"We're still going to have the mole women, and we're going to see more of them," Burditt said. "We're going to see more of Gretchen, we'll see Cyndee dealing with - she had a moment of fame, then what now?"

"We'll still be dealing with it, but there's also a sense of, let's see what else can happen in Kimmy's life that is interesting and fun without everything being about, 'I was in a bunker for 15 years,'" he added.

"Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" season 2 will start filming next month and will be scheduled to be back on Netflix early 2016.
