GOT7's JB starred in a black-and-white pictorial for the August issue of Dazed & Confused. The photoshoot was called "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and featured a printed Diesel shirt, Kane Boss leather pants, and Justin Davis jewelry.

During his interview, the star revealed how he handles the important responsibility of the being the group leader. "It was really hard at first," he said. "If I became too familiar with the members that might interfere with my duties as a leader. That line has always been difficult. Even when I was going through hard times, I didn't confide too much in my members, and worked to handle it by myself. So I'm always more comfortable around hyungs. Even though I'm a leader, 22 is still a young age."

The idol also talked about which hobbies he finds the most time for nowadays. He explained, "Right now I'm on break from university. Once I went on a program and I spoke a lot about my goals as a film director, but these days I've lost some interest. I like taking photos and I also want to try art. I like to look up paintings and think about what must have been running through the artist's head when they created the piece."

Recently, GOT7 made a summer comeback with the fun track "Just Right."
