Rachel McAdams have yet to knockout rumors that she's dating her "True Detective" co-star Taylor Kitsch. New pictures of the two that surfaced recently reportedly indicate once again that they may be something more than just co-stars.

Just over the weekend, the rumored couple were spotted on a purported brunch date in California, according to Dish Nation.

Pictures that the entertainment website got showed Kitsch and McAdams having a nice chat but onlookers claimed sparks flew between the two co-stars over brunch.

"They were definitely canoodling," an eyewitness said. "They were laughing, touching, staring into each other's eyes as the pics show and smiling but not holding hands."

The pictures also showed Taylor Kitsch and Rachel McAdams sporting some serious bedhead but it was not confirmed if they did have a sleepover together.

Rumors that the two were dating surfaced earlier this month but none of the actors have directly confirmed or deny the real score between them.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, McAdams was evasive when asked about Kitsch.

"I'm like, 'Who are these people?'" she wondered. "How did they confirm that? I find it really confusing, but yeah, it's an odd little thing."

"It's funny the things the Internet likes to proclaim," the actress also said.  "[It's the] weird, weird, bizarre, surreal side of it but I guess you just have to laugh at it at a certain point."

But in another earlier chat, McAdams has said some good words about Kitsch.

"It's always nice to have someone from home there," she told ET Canada about working with Kitsch. "He's from the west coast so it's a little bit different, but he' still Canadian... we talk about hockey."

Taylor Kitsch has yet to be caught on record addressing the rumors surrounding him and Rachel McAdams. Their TV show "True Detective" airs on HBO every Sunday.
