Rumors have circulated earlier this month that Elizabeth Olsen and Chris Evans were reportedly secretly dating with Tom Hiddleston helping them out to keep their relationship under the radar. But an alleged picture has surfaced claiming the Olsen and Hiddleston may not just be posing but were actually dating.

In a report on Mail Online, it was claimed that the actors, who portray Scarlet Witch and Loki onscreen, were purportedly pictured recently in Oxford sharing an embrace.

The picture showed a woman dressed in an ensemble that was quite similar to what Olsen has worn earlier when she was sighted by the press. The man, who had his arms around the woman, also wore a getup that Hiddleston has worn. It could not be confirmed though if the two were indeed them as the picture was a shot of their backs.

But according to Bustle, the Mail Online claim may be far-fetched. Their report said Olsen did have a similar pair of clothing but she wore it back in July 5 in France. They confirmed though that Hiddleston did have the same clothing earlier on Tuesday.

Reports about Elizabeth Olsen dating Hiddleston surfaced back in May. But earlier this month, it was also cited that Hiddleston was just a decoy so the public won't know she's really dating Chris Evans.

"Chris and Lizzie are definitely involved in some kind of ultra-secret romance that's being kept under wraps while they shoot," a source told The National Enquirer as cited by Hollywood Life. "The attraction between them has been there from day one."

"Chris is paranoid about his womanizing becoming public while he's on this multi-picture deal with Marvel," the added. "He's protecting his image, and will bend over backwards to keep things quiet."

Elizabeth Olsen and Chris Evans are currently working together on "Captain America: Civil War." The movie will be released on May 6, 2016.
