"The Fast & the Furious 7" actress Michelle Rodriguez displayed how her workout is doing wonders as she paraded her hot body in a white bikini while vacationing in Saint Tropez on Friday.

"The Fast and Furious star was spotted looking fit and relaxed as she soaked up the sin in a white bikini, denim shirt and pair of waterproof shorts," said Daily Mail. "Looking tanned and toned, she displayed her taut tummy for all to see - which included some visible abdominal muscles."

The night before, Michelle Rodriguez attended the gala for the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation.

Michelle Rodriguez's exercise regimen includes high-intensity workouts such as boxing, as well as outdoor activities like surfing. Although she admitted her love for meat, she adopted a vegan diet after joining an advocacy group, aboard Sea Shepherd, to stop whale hunting.

Michelle Rodriguez said then, "You can't be sitting there trying to save animals and then killing them. That's just weird.

Despite possessing a hot body, Michelle Rodriguez insisted that his favorite part is her brain. "I think no matter what my body looks like I won't be satisfied unless I know how to use it," she added.

It's no surprise that Michelle Rodriguez should be proud of her hot body, a product of her intense workout. The 37-year-old has always been active and made no bones about admitting that she works hard so she could play hard.

In a talk with Milla Jovovich for the Interview magazine, Michelle Rodriguez said she's taking the time off for about a year.

"I'm going to spend this entire year cleaning everything," she said. "I also have this really cool kids project that I've been dying to get off the ground. It's called Kingdom Come, and I came up with it when I was a kid."

"I used to hate watching stories about animals being killed off and humans spoiling so much of nature-that hurt a lot when I was growing up, and it's more relevant now than ever, with our oceans being polluted and animals all over the world running out of habitat."
