Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris apparently wants to marry country, pop and EDM. Reports say the singer and the DJ are planning to release a collaboration song this year.

According to a report on Mirror, the "Bad Blood" singer and the "Feel So Close" singer have been working on a new music together since they went public with their relationship.

"Taylor and Calvin have been speaking about collaborating since they started dating," a source told the Daily Star Sunday as quoted by the website above.

Fans of the couple don't even have to wait long to hear their first collaboration as it might debut before the year ends.

"Taylor has already been in LA laying down vocals for one of the tracks which could be premiered at the American Music Awards later this year," the source revealed.

As reported by OK! Magazine, Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris were working with Detail, a producer known for his works with another music power couple - Jay-Z and Beyonce.

"Musically, Calvin and Taylor are from different worlds - but they are determined to bring their styles together," the insider shared as quoted by the magazine.

The country and pop singer has previously collaborated John Mayer, whom she dated. The DJ has collaborated as well with a former love, Rita Ora. The collaboration between Harris and Ora for "I Will Never Let You Down," reportedly led to their split.

"There was a reason why I split up with him," Ora shared on her Marie Claire cover story this month as quoted by E! Online. "And there was a reason why I'm at this point in my life where I feel like I have so much musical freedom, and I don't have to explain myself to anybody."

"I thought he had my back and that he'd never steer me wrong," she added. "But then 'I Will Never Let You Down' came out, and everything started to go a bit weird. I don't know if it was because business was mixed with personal or what."

No word yet from Swift and Harris about the rumored collaboration. Almost two weeks ago though, the DJ was asked if a collaboration was underway between him and his current love but he neither denied nor confirmed it.

"I don't know," he answered when asked during an interview with Kiss FM UK about the possibility of a Taylor Swift Calvin Harris collaboration.
