Wonder Girls Keyboardist Yeeun Clarifies That 'Reboot' Swimsuits Will Not Be Group's Stage Outfits

Playing the piano in a swimsuit? No, thanks, says Wonder Girls' Yeeun.

Yeeun has spoken, and Wonder Girls will not perform their new band concept in clothing fit for the beach. During a question and answer session she held on Twitter, the Wonder Girls member was asked by fellow singer Younha about the swimsuits that Wonder Girls donned in their teaser images for their upcoming album, "Reboot."

After asking if anyone had questions, Yeeun laughed at Younha's question and clarified that Wonder Girls will not be performing in bathing suits.

"I'm accepting questions," Yeeun wrote on Twitter on July 28. Younha, one of South Korea's most popular vocalists, asked "Will you be wearing your swimsuits on stage?"

"[Laugh] No, we will not," responded Yeeun shortly after seeing the question.

Wonder Girls return to the K-pop scene after several years of hiatus, and will promote as a band for the first time since their debut. Yeeun will play piano, while fellow members Hyelim will play the guitar, Yubin will play the drums, and former Wonder Girl Sunmi returns to the line-up to play the bass.

The girl group will "Reboot" their career with an album of the same name on July 3.

Wonder Girls debuted in 2007, and became one of K-pop's most popular groups after their song "Tell Me" became a viral sensation. Other songs by the group, such as "Nobody" and "So Hot" were also widely popular throughout 2008, and pursued a career in the United States following their success.

"Reboot" is the Wonder Girls first release since 2012, and the group's first album since 2011's "Wonder World."
