Proving the strength of the YG family bond, Big Bang members G-Dragon and Taeyang continued to support former label mate Se7en by watching the latter's new musical.

G-Dragon and Taeyang watched Se7en's musical Elisabeth where he plays the role of Der Tod, the fantasy character of Death, and is credited under the acting name of Choi Dong Wook.

The pair even took the time to visit Se7en in the backstage and the three took the opportunity to snap a lovely group photo.

Taeyang and Se7en both uploaded to their respective Instagram accounts.

Se7en expressed his sincere gratitude for the support, saying: "I love you."

Fans were touched by the show of camaraderie between the trio, especially given the massage parlor controversy Se7en faced in 2013 and continued scrutiny from detractors.

"You find out who your true friends are when you're in the worst situation. At least this shows that GD and Taeyang aren't the type of friends who weigh your friendship on conditions and throw you away when you're no longer useful to them," said one online commenter, a sentiment that drew support from many fans and gathered more than 1,000 likes.

Aside from the Big Bang members, 2NE1 member Dara had also attended and supported Se7en's musical.

Se7en had spent most of his idol career under YG Entertainment along with Big Bang and 2NE1, but last year the idol-actor departed from the label and had recently founded his own named ELEVEN9 Entertainment.
