Their divorce has been described as amicable but "Law & Order: SVU" actress Stephanie March ends up on the losing end of the stick as she loses the $8-million Manhattan house in the settlement with chef Bobby Flay.

A source told Page Six, "He will keep the house in Amagansett and the Manhattan apartment. Stephanie has to leave the Manhattan apartment at a specified date in the next few months."

The house was one of the bones of contention in the divorce settlement, and was allegedly used by Bobby Flay as an inducement for Stephanie March to sign papers claiming that that their separation was amicable.

"She has been staying there with her mother, who has been in poor health. It has been a very difficult time for her. It is unclear what her future living arrangement will be as she continues to care for her mother," the source added.

According to the article, the house in the Hamptons was where Bobby Flay's new girlfriend has been staying on weekends even before the chef's divorce settlement with Stephanie March.

Page Six alleged that Bobby Flay cheated on Stephanie March with his young assistant, Elyse Tirrell, who worked at Bar Americain in 2008.

The rep for Bobby Flay was coy on the cheating reports as the statement said, "We will continue to refrain from responding to the continued efforts by certain parties to spread rumors and innuendo. This specific allegation was in a letter sent from one attorney in this case to the other."

The statement continued, " It was written and then leaked specifically to try to insert this story into the press, and that's unfortunate. Even more unfortunate is that all of this is being done in order to renegotiate a prenuptial agreement that was agreed to over a decade ago and never amended during the marriage."

Daily Mail claimed that Bobby Flay can legally buy out Stephanie March from their Manhattan home in the divorce settlement for a measly $1 million plus $50,000 in moving expenses.
