"The Bold and the Beautiful" fans, here's your serving of spoilers for Monday, August 3.

According to CDL, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) wants Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) to look at the bigger picture on matters concerning Thomas (Pierson Fode) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye).

"Thomas' return has caused plenty of drama between the father and son. Caroline is poised to land right in the middle of it. Thomas has been flirting up a storm, but Caroline is keeps insisting that she's deeply in love with Ridge," CDL said.

Brooke, however, advises Catherine to keep her options open, which is another way of saying, "You never know when Cupid's arrow will strike."

Thomas therefore has to prove to Ridge that he has what it takes to be a member of the company's creative team, highlighting the brewing conflict between father and son.

"Ridge will declare that if Thomas' latest sketches are the best he has to offer, then he won't be part of the company's design team," CDL reported.

On one hand, Ridge feels that Thomas wants the job to be handed to him on a silver platter, while on the other, his son believes that he rightfully deserves the position.

On the other side of the fashion house, Eric (John McCook) feels that Thomas has the talent to officially become part of Forrester Creations.

"Eric will hope that Thomas inherited some of his father's design skills rather than some of Ridge's other traits," CDL said.

"Ridge may be a brilliant designer, but he can be a bit on the cocky side. Plus, Ridge tends to want things done his way."

Caroline will later on have a heart-to-heart conversation with Thomas in order to discuss with him his father's high standards.

For his part, Thomas' plan of keeping his hands away from Catherine isn't exactly working, especially that he will have a chance to massage her feet during one of their tête-à-têtes.

In the meantime, the Soap Opera Story revealed more "The Bold and the Beautiful" spoilers for this week.

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) decides to tell Thomas what happened on the night that Aly died. The siblings decide that the truth should be kept between them.

Steffy however feels that there may be others who know about their secret. Could this be the reason why Steffy suggested to change Ivy's (Ashleigh Brewer) employment status at Forrester Creations with Liam (Scott Clifton)?

And, will Liam stand up for his former girlfriend? Or could he be totally under Steffy's spell?

Meanwhile, Ivy continues to confide in Wyatt (Darin Brooks). Beyond a doubt, the video Ivy took on the night Aly died shows that Steffy murdered Aly.

But as Steffy and Liam talk about how to end Ivy's employment, the latter decides to take on a more prominent role at Forrester Creations.
