Hillary-Michelle in 2016? Rumors Of “Dream Team” Clinton-Obama Ticket For Next Presidential Election Excite Democrats

A Hillary-Michelle ticket in the 2016 Presidential Election would be a favorite among the supporters of 'girl power', many Democrats, and the American public.

Hillary Clinton is the frontrunner and popular favorite for the 2016 elections, although the 2016 Democratic primaries are still far off.

Michelle Obama, the adored wife of President Obama, would for many be the ideal vice presidential candidate.

Hillary Clinton has been in the public eye for over 20 years, while Michelle Obama's work on combatting childhood obesity and other voter-friendly initiatives has built her a great reputation with potential voters in 2016.

People with years of experience in politics agree that Hillary-Michelle would be a dream team for 2016.

"All due respect for President Obama and Vice President Biden, but that would truly be a dream team for America," commented former Clinton and Democratic Party spokeswoman Karen Finney. "Both women are proven effective leaders who've raised children, so dealing with Congress would be a snap!"

After Barack Obama shattered the stereotypes of older white men getting elected to the presidency, the all-female ticket seems very appealing for the liberal-minded.

Democratic strategist Chris Lehane added, "More than anything else, this reflects the growing awareness that it is time for the glass ceiling of the last old boys club to be firmly shattered."

Although it seems that President Obama was just sworn into office, bumper stickers reading "2016 - Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama," and "Hillary-Michelle 2016 First First Lady ticket For President" have already been printed, according to the Washington Examiner.

Café Press said sales of the Hillary-Michelle bumper sticker increased 60% from December to March.

Realistically, Clinton will likely have her name in the next presidential race, according to Democratic strategists. She is far ahead of Biden and other Democrats and Republicans in the polls, and she still has a strong donor network from her 2008 campaign.

A recent Quinnipiac University poll showed Hillary Clinton easily defeating any Republican challenger in 2016.

The former NY Senator and Secretary of State even defeated popular GOP star Chris Christie, whose popularity skyrocketed after his response to Superstorm Sandy.

The polling institute's director Peter Brown said, "Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton would start a 2016 presidential campaign with enormous advantages. She obviously is by far the best known, and her more than 20 years in the public spotlight allows her to create a very favorable impression on the American people."

Clinton will reportedly make up her mind about running for the presidency next year.
