K-Pop Boy Band Face-Off: Big Bang's 'Let's Not Fall In Love' Vs. GD&TOP's 'Zutter'

Big Bang fans have been waiting patiently and now, finally, the last two tracks of their MADE Series have been released!

After weeks of teasing, Big Bang dropped their music videos for "Let's Not Fall In Love" and "Zutter" on August 5 at Midnight KST. Throughout their MADE Series Big Bang has given fans a wide array of musical styles, ranging from ballads to EDM to just plain indescribable (we dare you to come up with a genre description for "Bae Bae").

For their final EP before the full MADE album release in September, Big Bang continues to demonstrate their musical diversity. Both new tracks have their own very distinct sound, not only against each other, but compared to everything else we have seen from Big Bang this summer. But for now, let's bring focus back to the gentle "Let's Not Fall in Love" and the in-your-face "Zutter."

"Let's Not Fall In Love" sets a sweet but solemn tone with its mid-tempo and gentle vocals. Compared to previously releases like "Sober" and "Bang Bang Bang," "Let's Not Fall in Love" sets a much sadder mood while also not coming across as an overly sad song. T.O.P especially surprises with his vocals at the start of the song, making "Let's Not Fall in Love" a bit reminiscent of "If You."

The video helps temper the mood, too, as the boys of Big Bang are seen playing around with their supposed girlfriend in their own unique ways. Still, even with a title like "Let's Not Fall in Love," it's hard not to fall in love with the members of Big Bang after watching this sweet video.

On the other hand, GD&TOP's long awaited "Zutter" is everything listeners could've hoped for and more.

GD and TOP manage to be high-rolling gangsters and also one of the most ridiculous duos in a music video in a while; and luckily for fans, their bromance seems just as strong as ever. The song itself has a smooth and powerful hip-hop feel and definitely showcases how the duo has grown since their last release, "HIGH HIGH," back in 2010.

While we recommend not watching the video if you are surrounded by family or co-workers, it's definitely a video not to miss!

For our last two "K-pop Boy Band Face Offs", Yunho managed to win in his face-off against Changmin by 1% while GOT7 pushed on ahead of INFINITE to bring in about 57% of the votes. This time, we ask you to make the decision between Big Bang as five or the return of GD&TOP.
