The CEO recently revealed a message on their official fan cafe that read, "Since we are nearing the end, we have decided to write this message. As with everything, as much as the start is important, the ending is just as important. BoM, who officially debuted in 2011, will be disbanding."

The members plan on going their separate ways and continue with individual activities. They will continue as solo artists or continue acting.
