Girl group G-Friend became the only strong candidate for first place amongst the new idol groups.

G-Friend became a candidate for first place though it has only been eight months since their debut- proving their popularity. BEAST eventually beat them and received first place, but it is remarkable enough that G-Friend made it to the candidate position.

G-Friend has been within top 10 of music charts with their new album FLOWER BUD and has been receiving great results with it.
