Tyga reportedly gifted girlfriend Kylie Jenner with $115,000 Mercedes G-Wagon for the "KUWTK" star's birthday just weeks after Blac Chyna's ex was sued by his landlord for failing to pay the rent.

"Kylie Jenner's family has a lot to live up to now that Tyga, 25, just gave her the ultimate birthday gift. The KUWTK star, who turns 18 on Aug. 10, reportedly got a lavish red car from the rapper ahead of her big day," Hollywood Life said.

It's been rumored that Tyga has been shacking with girlfriend Kylie Jenner because he's broke as his albums didn't do well in terms of the charts and ticket sales, but the Mercedes certainly told a different story. So how can Blac Chyna's ex afford such a decked out ride to give to Kylie Jenner for her 18^th birthday?

Apparently, TMZ claimed that the SUV was a re-gift.

"It's a used Mercedes, which is not a problem. The problem is who used it before her -- Blac Chyna!" it said. "Turns out Tyga bought the 2013 SUV new and gave it to baby mama and then-GF Blac Chyna. We're told Tyga was the registered owner of the whip, which was black. Blac Chyna had it re-painted white and then re-re painted pink."

TMZ added, "Our sources say recently Tyga told Blac Chyna she had to get a new car and return the G-Wagon, which she did. We're told Tyga had it painted red, picked it up Friday and Friday night Kylie was behind the wheel."

The gossip news site reported on June 29 that Kylie Jenner's boyfriend Tyga was sued for $124,000 over back rent from a former landlord.

"Tyga has a Monday deadline to fork over $80,000 to his ex-landlord in Calabasas. Both sides agreed on that amount to cover back rent payments. If you include interest ... he actually owed $124k, so the settlement is a sweet deal," it said.
