Jessica updated her Instagram on August 10 with a beaming selfie taken in fancy resort pool.

"Take time for yourself. Enjoy every moment of your life #relax#refresh #revive" she wrote on Instagram.

The idol wore a black top and looked effortlessly glowing even without makeup.

The uplifting message from Jessica resonated with her fans who, in turn, gave her encouraging words amid the criticisms following her official breakaway from SM Entertainment last week.

"Yes of course unnie. Enjoy your life. Follow your heart. And don't care about your haters," said one supportive fan.

Jessica has been bombarded with negative comments after reports surfaced that she was planning to debut as a solo singer in China.

Jessica's representative has since addressed the Chinese solo singer debut rumors, stating that "there are no plans for her to release an album yet," but critics have continued to question the idol's lack of direction and sincerity.

Last year, Jessica left Girls' Generation, citing her need to focus on her career as a designer and entrepreneur for her fashion brand BLANC & ECLARE.
