BEAST Continue Winning Streak With 'YeY' And Take Home 6th Music Show Trophy

Korean idol group BEAST are making waves with their newest track "YeY" as the song won its 6th music program trophy from Inkigayo on August 9.

Despite Inkigayo not being aired live due to a special prerecorded episode, and winners not announced through the show, the six-member group still managed to take home this week's top prize.

According to Inkigayo's website, BEAST's "YeY" won the first place with 4,695 points in music charts, 246 points in album sales, 1,895 points in social media mentions, and 318 points from viewers' preliminary vote.

BEAST started their "YeY" activities on July 27. Since then, the group topped several broadcasting music shows including M Countdown and has won a total of six trophies.

When asked to comment about their winning streak, the BEAST members expressed their love and gratitude toward their fans and stated, "This couldn't have been possible without our Beauty (fan club). We love you."
