Big Bang's G-Dragon revealed that he used to be a trainee in SM Entertainment before his debut.

In SBS "Thank You" aired on the 15th, G-Dragon came out as a guest and said, "Since I was little, I attended a lot of dance competitions because my mom wanted me to. Every time I went out, I won an award."

He continued, "One day, we went to a ski resort, and there SM Entertainment's Lee Soo Man was hosting a dance competition. I went out and since then I was in SM Entertainment as a trainee for 5 years. After those 5 years, I moved to YG Entertainment."
