Rita Ora and boyfriend Ricky Hil have broken up. According to recent reports out of England, the "X Factor" star and the Tommy Hilfinger have split up for good.

"Rita and Ricky have split for good this time. It is amicable between the two and they both made the decision to call it a day due to their work schedules," A source told dailymail.co.uk.

"They've been on and off for a while. He's based in Los Angeles and she's based in London. Now that she's doing 'The X Factor' and has her new album here, she will be here for the rest of the year. But he has commitments to his music career and fashion line overseas, too," the source added.

The 24-year-old  pop star and new X Factor judge swears that her reputation as a maneater is undeserved. 

Rita Ora spoke to the Daily Mirror about claims she is a "man eater".

"I don't understand why [people] all have to give me this title. It's not true," Ora said.

"I'm actually a very pure, innocent soul. Shall I say thanks?"

The maneater charges started after rapper ASAP Rocky referenced the vampy singer in his track Better Things.

"I think sometimes, when you have a woman that has a motive and is career-driven, it becomes intimidating," Ora said.

It was recently reported that Rita Ora "made a play for" X Factor hopeful Hobbie Stuart after her split from Ricky Hil.

Ora started dating Ricky Hilfiger, son of designer Tommy Hilfiger, after her public split from Calvin Harris a year ago. Ora and Hil reportedly broke up briefly at the end of last year before getting back together.

MailOnline reported that the X Factor judge has ended their 13-month relationship after things became "increasingly strained."
