Mariah Carey and boyfriend James Packer are reportedly getting serious as Nick Cannon's ex is allegedly pregnant with the casino mogul's baby.

The pregnancy news was first reported by New Idea, as shared by Daily Mail, which claimed that, "Mariah found out the baby news recently and they're overjoyed at the prospect of being parents."

Mariah Carey has already twin girls with Nick Cannon while boyfriend James Packer has three kids with former wife, model Erica Parker.

The source went on to allege, "She adores James and it's well-known within her social circle that she would love to have children with him."

The West Australian also reported that James Packer is very smitten with girlfriend Mariah Carey as he told an Aussie newspaper, "Mariah is just incredible, amazing she really is ... she's a genius."

James Packer also said that Madonna is not in the same league as Mariah Carey in terms of vocals.

"Who else is there? There is Barbra Streisand, Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey. Not Madonna ... those three can sing five octaves," the Aussie billionaire said.

Mariah Carey and boyfriend James Packer confirmed that they are dating back in June, but even before that, the casino mogul already had his sights on the singing diva.

"He's wooing her. James was interested in Mariah right when he heard she had split from Nick," the insider told Us Weekly. "They'd spent some time together before, and he thought she was gorgeous."

TMZ also claimed that Mariah Carey and James Packer are getting quite serious.

"Our Mariah sources say it's insane ... they've been 'dating' for just a matter of days, but he's already told her he wants to marry her, sooner rather than later. The soonest can be when she's officially divorced from Nick Cannon. But we're told Mariah is open to tying the knot with James," it said.
