The next Lovelyz comeback will see the group's numbers replenished.

Woollim Entertainment's girl group Lovelyz will soon return with a new album and the re-welcoming of member Seo Jisoo. Seo, who previously went on hiatus prior to the group's formal debut, will rejoin Lovelyz on the group's "Lovelyz8."

The company released a teaser image for the upcoming album through social media on August 26.

The picture features the Lovelyz logo, the title of the album, and the backsides of the eight women as they look at the sky, linking arms.

Lovelyz debuted with the album "Girls' Invasion" in 2014, amidst controversy regarding Seo Jisoo's personal life.

Online rumors accused Seo of abusing former partners and spreading photos of a former lover without consent. Seo withdrew from promotions and sought medical treatment for stress related to the incident.

Lovelyz promoted throughout 2014 and 2015 without Seo, and "Lovelyz8" marks the group's first formal post-debut promotions including all eight members. The group's latest single, "Hi~," was released in March.

Woollim Entertainment took legal action, and the police identified the spreaders of the malicious rumors. Multiple individuals were charged with defamation and slander.

The release date of "Lovelyz8" has yet to be announced.
