Super Junior Military Call of Duty: Next Up, Yesung!

The March 24 date of Super Junior's Super Show 5 just became even more memorable.  Being next in line in Super Junior in age order and now following Kangin, Heechul and Leeteuk, Yesung announced that he will enlist in the Korean military this year.

In a tearful announcement at the Olympic Park Gymnastics Hall, Yesung revealed how he now would treasure the stage even further.  For a while since it has become routine for them, he had been taking it for granted, he admitted.  Now that the time has come for him to leave it for a short time while he serves his mandatory military service, he realized he will miss the stage when he's gone.  Thinking of Super Junior and E.L.F, Yesung made his request, "Even if you don't see me on stage, please take care of Super Junior, and please remember me."

SM confirmed Yesung's announcement stating that the Super Junior member will indeed enter military service this year, while no date has yet been assigned.  Due to the results of his physical check-up, Yesung will be serving in the military as a public service worker. Yesung's participation in future Super Show 5 stops have yet to be determined.
