Rachel Bilson just turned 34 years old on Aug. 25 and the former "Hart of Dixie" star expressed her gratitude on Instagram.

In an Instagram post showing a vase of flowers next to a metal fireplace, Hayden Christensen's partner wrote, "What I woke up to this morning, flowers picked for mommy and my first happy birthday mommy sign on toilet paper (naturally) best birthday yet. Thanks for all the sweet birthday wishes (heart emojis) #birthdaywithbabyonthefarm."

One fan wrote, "Happy Birthday! Just finished Hart of Dixie Season 4, so good. Will there be a season 5 please!!!"

Another said, "I am so proud of you! you inspire me! I 'm a big fan of you! thanks for all the great movies and series! Lore (Belgium)."

Rachel Bilson was unfairly blamed for the cancellation of "Hart of Dixie" purportedly because she didn't sign a renewal of her contract. Several reports also claimed that the series suffered from low ratings over its four-year run, even if it's one of the more popular shows on Hulu.

Hollywood Life reported, "The cancellation of the CW staple came due to low ratings, but fans wondered aloud if it had anything to do with Rachel wanting to bail."

"She vehemently denied such rumors, and stated that she absolutely loved playing Zoe Hart! All in all, Rachel didn't have too much time to focus on the end of the show - she had a baby on the way!"

Former "Hart of Dixie" star Rachel Bilson and "Star Wars" actor Hayden Christensen welcomed baby Briar Rose in November of last year.

Rachel Bilson is also making sure to guard Briar Rose's privacy by avoiding posting her photos on Instagram. Six days ago, however, she made a sweet gesture when shared a photo of her necklace with a pendant of her daughter's name. The actress wrote, "Wearing my heart around my neck....."
