Former EXO Member Luhan Ventures Further From SM Entertainment With Plans For 1st Solo Album Release In September

Former EXO member Luhan is set to release his first solo album Reloaded on September 14, according to a new video teaser uploaded on YouTube.

On August 27, fan YouTube channel fyeah!luhan uploaded a video with English translations which teases the upcoming solo debut of Luhan.

The video shows Luhan recording in a studio and finishes with the September 14 date and the message "Welcome to the Future."

We also learn that Luhan's debut solo album was made in collaboration with Djemba Djemba, an international producer whose music "has been supported by the likes of Diplo, The Gaslamp Killer, Rusko, Baauer, Obey City, Major Lazer, Paul Devro and BBC Radio 1," according to a biography profile on the website of music label Mad Decent.

"Experimenting with polyrhythms, 90's FM synths, and the all-important 808 Kick, Djemba Djemba crafts a sound that is both intelligent as it is brain numbing," the profile added, which could suggest a groovy dance tracks from Luhan's solo album.

While fans could not contain their excitement to hear new music from Luhan, the star is still battling with SM Entertainment after he filed a lawsuit to nullify their contract but both sides have failed to reach a settlement agreement. Similar lawsuits are also undergoing for two other previously promoting EXO members Kris (Wu Yi Fan) and Tao (Z.Tao).
