Super Junior's Siwon Apologizes For Posting Instagram Photo Without Permission

Super Junior member Siwon has apologized to an Instagram user after the idol posted her photo without asking for permission or even attributing it to the original creator.

"I am sorry @SANDRA160173 for using your photo without mentioning and permission," the idol wrote on August 30, referring to the photo above which shows Sandra walking on the beach during a sunset.

"The picture and William S. Borroughs's words are so great and touchable. Once again, I am truly sorry," added Siwon.

Fans encouraged Siwon to keep his head up and were impressed by his sincere apology.

"Well done, we all know that it is not about the mistakes we make but how do we react to the consequences. Keep on fighting and just try to do your best as always," says liizra.

But some online commenters were worried that Siwon fans were not being as level-headed as their idol.

"I don't judge Siwon. Yes he's gentleman enough to apologize. What still disturbing is some of his fans who keep defending him and blaming Sandra," said Instagram user nana.stories.

Siwon has been hard at work filming for the upcoming MBC drama She Was Beautiful ( also called She Was Pretty) which airs next month. The idol will start preparing for his military service after filming for that drama and is widely expected to enlist later this year with fellow member Donghae.
