Cher is selling her house, located in Venice, California, for $1.89 million. Allegedly, Cher is selling all of her Los Angeles houses to downsize as she prepares for a move to London to finish her coming album.

Cher made the surprising decision to purchase her modest Venice house after nearly 50 years as an entertainer, although she could have afforded any opulent mansion in the most expensive regions of the U.S.

Cher is worth approximately $305 million, and is selling all three of her California properties, according to MailOnline.

Cher's Venice, California house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1,808 feet. She purchased the home for $1,542,500, according to Trulia Luxe Living, and is hoping to make a small profit on the beachfront home.

Cher's Venice house has a modern design with high ceilings and sliding glass walls. The Venice Beach house is within walking distance to Main Street and Abbot Kinney, both hip areas of the town.

The house also has a roof deck and a built-in barbeque.

Cher, 66 years old, is famous for her extravagant style. It seems, however, that the former Sonny & Cher star is trying to downsize; Cher has also listed her Hollywood Hills condo for $5.5 million.

Cher has admitted that she bought the condo for 'absolutely no reason.'

According to Daily Mail, Cher has also put her $45 million Malibu home up for sale. The Malibu house is being secretly shopped to qualified buyers.

It's somewhat surprising that Cher is selling her Malibu house, given her statements about it in the past. She told Vanity Fair, "There's no view like it in all of Malibu. It's one of the reasons I don't sell this place. It's so big for me, but it's unbelievable."

A source told MailOnline, "Right now, Cher has every property she owns on the market. The big rumor is that she's moving to London while she finds a new LA home."

Cher has owned a penthouse apartment in East London for a long time, and she revealed in February that she would finish recording her new album in London.

At Paris Fashion Week's Gareth Pugh showing, Cher said that her first single off her new record, "Woman's World," will be released in June. The entire album is due out in September. Cher addressed fans' disappointment over the delay saying, "Your disappointment pales in comparison to mine. My record company wants to put it out after the summer!"
