Fast & Furious 8 Movie Casting News: Orange Is The New Black star Ruby Rose confirmed that the Fast & Furious 8 production team is in talks with her for the seventh sequel of the action franchise. In spite of Rose's resemblance to Canadian pop star Justin Bieber, which cost her the role in the past.

"It's so funny because now I'm in talks with that movie and I haven't mentioned to them that I know [they turned me down because I looked like Justin]," Rose recently told OK! Magazine.

On the heels of Fast And Furious 7's success, the studio has already announced a release date of April 14, 2017, for the release of the eighth installment in the franchise.

"Fast and Furious 8" will be the first movie in the "Fast and Furious" franchise that won't star Paul Walker. Paul Walker was killed in a car accident in 2013.

The remaining cast will reportedly reprise their roles. Vin Diesel, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson,  Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson and Jason Statham   are all confirmed to return in the next Fast & Furious.

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson will recur his role as CIA AgentLuke Hobbs. Johnson is currently in talks to make a spin off the movie.

"Fast and Furious 8″ will star Jason Statham as Deckard Shaw, Vin Diesel as Dominic Torreto, Tyrese Gibson as Roman Pearce and Lucas Black will return as Sean Boswell. Mendes will reprise her role as US Customs agent Monica Fuentes, the protagonist in the upcoming "Fast and Furious 8."

Vin Diesel recently confirmed that the next installment of Fast And Furious is in development. The next movie will be set in New York.   Paul Walker played Brian O'Connor in the first 7 "Fast & Furious" movies and the rumors say Paul's brother Cody will take over the gig.

"Fast and Furious 8″ release is expected to happen at the big screen on Apr. 14, 2017.
