Sandra Bullock's friends are concerned that she's ignoring all the red flags as she continues her relationship with rumored boyfriend Bryan Randall. She even opened up to boast how she's been feeling lately.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the "Our Brand Is Crisis" said she's having a great life.

"Who says I have a new boyfriend?" the actress coyly said. "Everything in my life is great right now."

But in a report on Radar Online, it seemed that the "Our Brand Is Crisis" actress was also facing her own problems. She reportedly has been ignoring her friends' warning about the photographer because he has apparently come clean to her even before they reportedly started dating.

"Bryan was up front with Sandy as they got more serious, and told her everything that was scandalous in his past," an insider told the source above. "He explained that he had to really grow up and become responsible to raise his daughter, Skyler, alone, and he insisted that all his trouble is in the past."

But while the "Our Brand Is Crisis" seem to be on cloud nine, her friends are adamant to give her a reality check. They apparently are on the lookout to protect the actress' heart.

"Sandy's friends are also concerned about Bryan's criminal past and allegations of drug and alcohol abuse," the insider revealed. "Even though he has told Sandy he is sober and has been for years, the friends are on their guard."

The rumored couple has yet to address that latest attack on the Sandra Bullock Bryan Randall relationship. But in a report on Perez Hilton, it was cited that the photographer "manned up" and became a responsible man and father following the troubles he got involved in.

Despite his troubled past, several reports have also defended the photographer's reputation.

"He's a great guy," a source told People earlier this month. "Everyone is really proud of him for being a talented photographer and model and thinks it's great he's dating [Bullock]." 

The Sandra Bullock Bryan Randall dating rumors surfaced just last month when they attended Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's wedding. Sighting of the rumored pair has been limited but last week, E! Online has released some pictures of the pair sharing a hug in Los Angeles.
