Beyoncé Unwanted In Destiny's Child Reunion? See Michelle Williams And Kelly Rowland Hang Out!
Beyoncé missed out on a mini Destiny's Child reunion recently. Instead, it was only Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland that got to hang out.
In a report on ABC News, Rowland and Williams sang together again but this time not for their fans. Instead, they crooned to one very special little tot -- Rowland's baby Titan.
As posted on Instagram, Rowland and Williams harmonized to sing to the baby the lines "Hi Titan, I love you."
Beyoncé was absent in the Destiny's Child reunion of sorts but she was clearly missed. In the post, Rowland used the hashtag "Missin' Auntie BB."
As reported by Vogue, Queen B is currently in France with husband Jay Z and baby Blue Ivy. Her absence in the mini reunion does not seem to mean at all that the trio are in bad terms. According to a report on Extra in March, the three remain very close.
"Not every time you see Destiny's Child together may be in front of the camera," Rowland explained as quoted by Us Weekly. "We still have our bond amongst each other. That's the most beautiful gift Destiny's Child has given me."
"Friendship is the foundation of everything we do -- no drama," Williams explained, on the other hand, to Entertainment Tonight back in March as well. "People are looking for drama but we have none to give you. It's literally friendship and sisterhood and respect."
Back also in March, the group reunited onstage for the Stellar Gospel Music Awards as cited by People in a report. The trio sang William's single "Say Yes" for the performance.
The stage number sent many fans in frenzy though with some hoping a full blow reunion was underway. But a representative told Gossip Cop immediately that the rumor of a reunion tour and an album were not true.
