Psy Takes On Traditional Korean Dance Moves For New Single 'Gentleman'

The man who brought the world to its feet horse dancing to his hit "Gangnam Style" is ready to create a new international dance craze.

Psy revealed in a Korean news broadcast that now that his new single "Gentleman" is finished, he is now focusing on perfecting the choreography for the music video to be filmed this weekend.

The new song has been worked and reworked by the 35-year-old Korean rapper who said in his interview that the process is finally complete: "I've been working and reworking on it continuously and I think the latest version will be the final one."

As far as the choreography goes, there are high expectations that he will create another world dance craze with "Gentleman." However, his approach is somewhat different for the upcoming single. Psy has said that the dance involved will be a new take on an old favorite. He will incorporate traditional Korean dance steps in with his own flair. "The dance is one known to all Koreans but new to foreigners. This will be presented in Psy style," he said.

The new song is said to be up-tempo and was described by the singer as being "rousing." It is set to be released on April 12 and the promotion of the song will begin the following day at Psy's highly anticipated 'Happening' concert in Seoul. The rapper-singer will then head out on a rigorous tour of Europe and Asia for the months of May and June.
