Yesterday, a woman who appeared to be Amanda Bynes was photographed in Manhattan sporting bright red hair, leading to speculation about Bynes' new look.
Amanda Bynes responded to the interest on twitter on the same day news broke that she missed her court hearing, insisting that she wasn't the woman photographed in the pictures.

"My hair is blonde I've never been a redhead! Somebody keeps posing as me! Check my photos on twitter for up to date pictures!" Bynes tweeted on Tuesday, April 2, according to E! News. The tweets have since been deleted.
She allegedly wrote, "Fake or real microdermals same glasses! I don't own those clothes and I'm blonde! Haha!"
However, there are similarities with the woman captured in the pictures. The cheek piercing, manicured nails, and rings all point to the redhead being Amanda Bynes. Perhaps it was a belated April Fools prank. Bynes can be counted on to post interesting tweets, so this could just be the latest in a series of unfathomable moves for Bynes.
On Tuesday, the day she responded to the suggestion she had changed her look again, she didn't show up to a Los Angeles court hearing on her case for driving with a suspended license. However, according to E! News, Bynes is close to striking a plea deal for her misdemeanor charges.
Her lawyer, Richard Hutton, requested a continuance in the case due to the actress's absence, which the judge granted, stating the need to wrap up the case promptly, as it has been pending since September.
Today, on Amanda Bynes's 27th birthday, fans of the former girl-next-door actress hope she soon gets her life on track.
